These experiences provided him with a solid foundation and a deep understanding of the fulfillment process from the ground up.
Today, Ethan applies that knowledge in his role as a Fulfillment Analyst, shifting from hands-on operations to a more strategic focus. He now works to optimize fulfillment processes, analyze data and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
